The DMO rehearses on Sunday evenings from 7:00pm-9:30pm in the Margherio Conference Room at Scott Hall on the Wayne State University medical school campus.

We hold entry auditions for interested post-high school musicians in the summer prior to our first rehearsal of the new concert season, and periodically throughout the concert season before new concert cycles. 

 

We request that musicians please prepare 4-5 minutes of a musical excerpt(s) of your choice in contrasting styles (ex: a fast vs. slow excerpt, a technical vs. lyrical excerpt).
